Recruitment, On-boarding, confirmation & Off-boarding

  • Develop and implement programs for talent acquisition: recruitment, selection, orientation and job placement.
  • Actively manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from talent sourcing to new joiner onboarding.
  • Build talent pool and pipeline through social media, interact with external people and appropriately on the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc)
  • Conducts exit interview up to Executives levels. Arrange exit interview for Management levels.

Compensation & Benefit Management

  • Managing the remuneration and reward systems, market benchmarking and revise base on market trends & business goals.
  • Keep abreast with market trends and review compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness.

HR Operations Support:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring consistency in HR practices.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including tracking review processes and feedback sessions.
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to address staffing needs, including temporary/seasonal support during peak periods.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR-driven events, such as workshops and team-building activities.

Training & Development

  • Develop training plan, organize training and training cost.
  • Conduct Orientation Program for new employees.
  • Coordinates and liaise with external consultancy from on employees training needs and arrange training schedules for employees.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B sector.
  3. Multi-tasking, meticulous, have a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
  4. High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  5. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Must be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
  7. Familiar with solid knowledge with Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, statutory requirements and other relevant regulations.
  8. Possess hands-on experience and sound knowledge of human resource practices.
