Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

· Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

· Prioritize and manage multiple tasks; follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD.

· Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes and action items.

· Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

· Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.

2. Travel & Logistics

· Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for local and international trips.

· Handle all logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.

· Ensure all travel plans align with the MD's preferences and work commitments.

3. Communication & Coordination

· Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, and staff on behalf of the MD.

· Act as a gatekeeper and manage the MD's time effectively.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.

4. Confidential Support

· Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

· Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.

· Prepare confidential documents, contracts, and reports when required.

5. Office & Project Management

· Assist in project coordination and tracking key deliverables.

· Maintain and update administrative systems to ensure efficient workflow.

· Support in organizing company events, executive off-sites, and board meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
