  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media presence in the FMCG/chemical sector.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering innovation and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in detergent or chemical manufacturing, including leadership roles.
  • Expertise in chemical formulation, raw material handling, and mixing processes.
  • Proven record in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Skilled in digital marketing and social media strategy for chemical/FMCG products.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
