Key Responsibilities:

General Office Support: Coordinating with Singapore Company, Updating Stock report incoming / outgoing materials.

Communication Management: Managing emails, and distributing correspondence.

Record Keeping: Maintaining files and databases.

Document Preparation:  Assist in Stock count, preparation and verification of packing list and Commercial Invoice.

Skills Required:


• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.


• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders.


• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.


• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.


• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and other relevant experience in an administrative or office support role is also valuable.


• Qualifications: SMP / STPM / A diploma or advanced diploma - Preferred in a related field like Human Resource Management or Business Administration.


• Experience: At least 2 Years of experience in office administration, logistic admin, or related roles is beneficial.
