Banking Officer, HOSC, Channel Operations Centre

For a leading staffing company, we are seeking a Officer for the Channel Operations Centre Hub Operations Service Centre. This role involves supporting the processing of customer claims from self-service machines such as ATMs and CDMs. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of reviewing and approving customer withdrawal and deposit claims submitted through various channels. The successful candidate will access application systems for transaction processing and ensure all instructions are processed accurately within defined service level agreements

What you will Do?

  • Review and approve customer withdrawal and deposit claims submitted through various channels
  • Access web-based and host screens for transaction processing
  • Report any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to the supervisor
  • Ensure all incoming instructions are processed accurately within defined SLA
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation for all transactions processed by the team

Your Skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in financial institutions operations preferred
  • Self Service Terminal knowledge is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise vigilance in transaction processing
  • Bachelor's degree required
