Job Description

  • Prepare full sets of accounts according the accounting period and monitoring on account payable and account receivable.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and accounting records and system comply with accounting standard and tax requirements.
  • Forecast and maintain cash available for all account payable and ensure the payment term.
  • Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities.
  • Assist superior to implement a standard product-costing system for stock valuation and pricing structure for various market segment.
  • Perform variances analysis to justify the standard set earlier.
  • Review of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports before reporting to the Management Accountant.
  • Review accounts receivable and meeting with Sales Personnel on credit control based on Customer overdue report every month. Assist in resolve any dispute in accounts receivable.
  • Establish & maintain a proper customer information database as to ensure the smoothness and enhance the accuracy of data presentation, proper credit control in place and future reference.
  • Liaise with Company secretary - resolution preparation, submission of appropriate form to Company Commission of malaysia.
  • Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.

2-5 years working experience.
