  1. To update and prepare audit activity such as audit plan, audit report audit statistic and also NCR.
  2. To take meeting minute such as QA meeting, weekly and monthly meeting, and also CAAM meeting.
  3. To follow-up all vendors evaluation.
  4. To assist and compile investigation report.
  5. To update training record for all QA staffs
  6. To assist in preparing data and slide for SRB meeting, clients meeting and etc.
  7. To prepare letter for corresponding with CAAM and clients
  8. To assist in amending and update QA manuals and procedures.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  1. MS Office
  2. Report wriring
  3. Presentation Skills
  4. Good understanding in Malaysian and foreign regulatory requirements
