About Us:

Clinic Seri Setia base in Kelana Jaya, is a community-based medical clinic dedicated to providing accessible, quality healthcare to our patients. We are looking for a proactive and friendly Marketing Executive to help promote our clinic's services and strengthen our presence in the local community.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will assist in planning and executing the clinic's marketing and outreach initiatives. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to hospital, clinic, or healthcare-related environments. Individuals looking to build their marketing career in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for key services, health packages, and awareness programs.
  • Coordinate with doctors and service departments to identify promotional opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of health talks, community events, screenings, and patient engagement activities.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and update the hospital/clinic's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, infographics, and patient education materials.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Track online performance and provide analytics reports.

3. Branding & Communications

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, posters, banners, and patient education materials.
  • Support internal communications and announcements.

4. Patient Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Assist in developing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients, insurance partners, and community organizations.
  • Support customer service initiatives to enhance patient experience.

5. Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic market research on competitors, trends, and patient demographics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
  • Identify potential areas for growth and outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in the healthcare industry and patient engagement.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of social media management and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
