About the role

Boon Boon Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will provide crucial support to our HR department, contributing to the smooth running of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the full HR life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing
  2. Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports, filing documents, and maintaining HR systems
  3. Answering employee queries and directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel
  4. Coordinating and facilitating HR-related events and training programmes
  5. Staying up-to-date with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  6. Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. A flexible and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail
  6. A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
