Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Partnership Development
Identify, pitch, and onboard a diverse range of stakeholders including hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, medical device manufacturers, tech startups, etc. to adopt and integrate our recruitment platform.
- Establish strategic partnerships with nursing schools, professional associations, and healthcare networks to expand platform reach and credibility.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage onboarding pipelines.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align community needs with business goals.
Client Outreach and Communication
Make and receive calls to healthcare facilities to build rapport, address enquiries, and provide support.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and check-ins with clients.
- Send professional and clear outreach emails to introduce or support Locum Apps usage.
Present account information and platform features confidently and clearly to clients.
Account Coordination and Documentation
Prepare and maintain client account folders, including company information, recruitment files, and contact records.
- Draft and distribute meeting minutes after calls or appointments to ensure clear next steps.
Prepare and maintain Statements of Account for each client accurately.
Platform Engagement and Monitoring
Encourage and guide clients to use the Locum Apps platform for their staffing needs.
- Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts to drive engagement.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and flag potential issues early.
Finance and Billing Support
Prepare and issue credit and debit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure billing records align with client usage.
- Track account discrepancies or overdue payments and escalate as needed.
