Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-Maps with expertise in Mandarin language and Cards & Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin and English focusing on translation and communication tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless communication by translating Mandarin to English and vice versa ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders in the Cards & Payments domain providing expert insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes and drive business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data related to Cards & Payments delivering actionable insights to improve processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the Cards & Payments sector.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of the Cards & Payments landscape.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and documentation in both Mandarin and English maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Assist in the design and execution of training programs for team members to enhance their understanding of the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards safeguarding the companys reputation and integrity.
  • Utilize language skills to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.
  • Participate in rotational shifts adapting to the dynamic needs of the business and ensuring consistent support.
