Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

-Prepare and ensure timely month-end closing, financial statements, and management reports.

-Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

-Assist in audit processes, including providing required documentation and responding to auditor queries.

-Support tax matters including preparation of tax schedules and submissions.

-Maintain bookkeeping and general ledger accounts with accuracy and integrity.

-Manage invoice processing, billing, and payment follow-up with clients or vendors.

-Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

-Perform ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

-Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

-Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or related field.

-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, and MS Excel.)

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Familiar with local tax and regulatory requirements

  • 负责全盘账目、月结、财务报表及分析

  • 协助审计、税务申报及合规事务

  • 处理发票、付款及账务对账

  • 支持日常账务、总账维护与预算编制

  • 执行上级指派的财务与行政工作

  • 职位要求:

  • 会计学士学位

  • 至少1-2年相关工作经验(有服务行业经验优先)

  • 良好分析能力,自我驱动

  • 能在紧迫时限内独立完成任务

  • 熟悉会计软件(如SQL、与Excel)
