Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process payroll, including statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and cashflow reporting.
  • Update monthly management accounts for internal and external (audit) review.
  • Prepare quotations, maintain company profile, and assist in budget monitoring.
  • Manage office filing, records, and documentation systems in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Assist in tender and proposal submissions, especially in collating CVs, forms, and non-technical compliance documents.
  • Conduct light marketing and social media postings (e.g., Facebook) to promote company visibility.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative and finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, AI tools and online submission platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Possess a valid driving licence (own transport preferred).
  • 1–2 years of working experience preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
