Key Responsibilities: Employer Branding:

  • Support the development of a strong and authentic employer brand aligned with company culture and values.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns that highlight company culture, employee stories, workplace achievements, and events.
  • Manage employer branding content across channels such as Meta Ads, Telegram, Tik Tok etc.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to create marketing materials for hiring campaigns, job fairs, and university events.

Content Creation & Storytelling:

  • Create engaging content including employee testimonials, videos, blogs, banners, and infographics.
  • Develop content calendars for employer branding and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track engagement and performance of branding campaigns (e.g., impressions, reach, application rate, engagement rate).
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and messaging strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or communication roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong experience with social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, YouTube) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
