Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees on time, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax laws, including calculating and filing tax reports and payments.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee data with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and benefits.
  • Generate payroll reports for management, publish payroll dashboards, and reconcile payroll accounts to resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy and support overall HR operations.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR Payroll systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and other departments.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
