We are seeking experienced HR professionals to contribute to our human resources operations and strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation, supporting the organization's growth and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to address HR-related matters in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Support HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, documentation, and initiatives to improve HR effectiveness.
  • Participate in programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10+ years of HR experience, including exposure to managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)
