Job Responsibilities

  • To complete, monitor, and coordinate shipment arrangements (import/export) with internal teams and customers.
  • To handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • To prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner for payment processing.
  • Adhere to customers' standard operating procedures.
  • To manage shipments and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • To attend and participate in departmental, sales and customer service meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of the forwarding industry.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a related field (forwarding, transportation, or freight industry).
  • Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM or a Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or an equivalent field.
  • Possess a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in both English and Malay.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
