Principal Responsibilities:

  • To perform the OR, PO, GRN and QSP document filling.
  • To follow up with Store Department on GRN.
  • To distribute PPS controlled copy to suppliers via email and obtain supplier acknowledgement within 3 working days, then kept the acknowledgement in Purchasing share folder.
  • To generate reports for analysis purpose in Purchasing Department on daily, weekly and monthly basis.  Those reports are PO Issued, PPV, Cost Saving, SOTD, Supplier Performance Scorecard and etc.
  • To raise monthly requisition on stationery and pantry requirement for the department.
  • To collect and distribute internal and external documentation to related personnel within Purchasing Department.
  • Any other duties assigned by Purchasing Manager and/or Senior Buyer and/or Buyer.
  • The company may at any time, deemed necessary, add or amend any of these job responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • 1 years working experience for administration job.


  • Communication skills: Ability to express oneself clearly and encourage open communication.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), PowerPoint and Words.

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
