Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ERP Application Implementation, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, SSRS, EPICOR, SAP
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Position will be based in Kota Damansara facility.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in ERP system.
  • The team is expanding further due to new project implementation. Junior and Senior Executive roles available.

Job Description

  • Has hands-on experience with SQL (queries, joins, filters) and Excel (Power Query, Pivot, XLOOKUP).
  • Exposure to SSRS or SSIS reporting.
  • Responsible for providing first level information technology, networking, trouble shooting and problem solving assistance.
  • Liable to provide the reporting to support other end users for business reporting/decision making.
  • Responsible to provide effective and efficient IT support to all end users.
  • Accountable to provide evaluation on the existing business process and the ERP system.
  • Liable to evaluate and implement new software for Secret Recipe improvement activities.
  • Accountable to act as a site lead or assist in any new projects and system implementation, configuration and further enhancements.
  • Responsible to complete the documentation invloved in project and system implementation.
  • Responsible to safeguard company confidentiality.
  • Responsible to lead and motivate team members to achieve expected output.
  • To provide pro-active services to fully support the Secret Recipe operations.
  • Responsible to install and conduct the necessary tests for software and business processes.
