Deputy Senior Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support sustainable growth.
- Lead tender preparation and support commercial negotiations, ensuring proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client requirements.
- Drive project mobilisation and transition to operations, working closely with regional teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
- Monitor regional service delivery and operational performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, contractual obligations, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders, acting as the company's representative to strengthen trust and business reputation.
- Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, and Technical) to support business initiatives and resolve regional challenges effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, mitigating potential issues in both business development and operations.
- Consolidate and report market insights, pipeline progress, and regional performance data to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in business development and operations management, ideally in infrastructure or facilities services.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across HQ and regional offices with a collaborative mindset.
