Job Descriptions:-

  1. Conducting outbound sales calls to generate new business and build relationships with potential customers
  2. Identifying and qualifying sales leads to understand customer needs
  3. Presenting our product and service offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Job Requirements:-

  1. Proven track record in outbound sales or tele-marketing, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  4. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management software
  5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
