1. Daily Operations & Logistics

  • Coordinate daily operational tasks to support business activities.
  • Assist in planning logistics schedules and resource allocation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

2. Vehicle & Driver Management

  • Oversee fleet usage, driver schedules, and assignments.
  • Monitor mileage, fuel usage, and compliance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are licensed, insured, and documented.

3. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Coordinate routine servicing and urgent repair requests for all company vehicles/equipment.
  • Liaise with workshops, vendors, and service providers.
  • Track maintenance records and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Order & Delivery Management

  • Handle order scheduling, delivery arrangements, and tracking.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for goods received and dispatched.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

5. Workplace Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office/warehouse.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with contractors for repairs or upgrades.

6. General Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Assist in purchasing supplies and inventory control.
  • Support miscellaneous operational needs when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
