Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in order processing, billing and documentation.
· Coordinate with operations/warehouse/ other departments for smooth customer service.
· Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
· Cashiering & Payment Handling - cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately from customers, drivers and Salesman
· Maintain accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions.
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience as a cashier, customer service office, or similar role is an advantage.
· Basic knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and payment methods (cash, card, e-wallet)
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
· Pleasant personally with strong customer service orientation.
· Able to wok under pressure, handle complaints, and multitask.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in handling cash.
· Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, POS system).
· Team player with a positive working attitude
Job Type: Full-time
