Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from general trade accounts by monitoring sales representatives and distributors performance.
  • Ensure distributor agents and sales representative focus on product variation growth and expansion of designated sales areas.
  • Monitor customer ageing record and ensure payment are made within the agreed terms and resolve any dispute that arises.
  • Analyse and review data on market trend and competitor activities to position the business to stay ahead.
  • Manage product return from customer to minimize cost, improve profitability and enhanced customer service.
  • Maintain good relationship with buyer and key customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration / Entrepreneurship / Marketing or equivalent at least 3 years' experience or
  • Diploma with at least 5 years in related working experience or
  • SPM with at least 10 years in related working experience
  • Experience in sales and sales operation preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
