Job Role:
We are seeking someone who is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of sales targets, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills. He/she should have a customer-centric approach, strong analytical capabilities, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative spirit, ethical professionalism, and innovative problem-solving abilities are essential.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for adding revenue to the Organisation by means of achieving sales target.
· New client acquisition, by means of creating new opportunities and closures.
· To act as a point of liaison and built integrated network in the industry.
· Leads and Pipeline Management, converting existing leads and key account management.
· Facilitate in onboarding new found customers and align the Delivery teams and Project Managers around client expectations
· Grow business from existing clients, partners and industry association by lobbying.
· To liaison and network with marketing, brand managers and IT managers of different companies.
· Responsible for answering all RFPs, RFQs and Proposal creation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT, Media or Digital industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyse market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is an added advantage.
· Willingness to travel as required.
