Sales Leadership
ï¸ Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives (projects & sub-sales)ï¸ Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure high closing ratiosï¸ Oversee the full sales pipeline â from lead generation to SPA signingï¸ Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and marketing initiatives
Developer & Project Expansion
ï¸ Identify and secure new developer partnerships and exclusive project appointmentsï¸ Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, bankers, and legal firmsï¸ Attend industry events, represent the agency in high-level project meetingsï¸ Analyze market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviors to spot opportunities
Company Growth & Associate Partner Expansion
ï¸ Plan and execute strategies to expand the PropNex Cheras brand presenceï¸ Identify and onboard new associate partners / team leaders / negotiatorsï¸ Build recruitment funnels and drive agent productivity & retentionï¸ Assist in the execution of performance-based campaigns and recognition programs

Requirements
- Minimum 3â5 yearsâ experience in property sales or developer liaison roles.

- Strong knowledge of project marketing, SPA processes, and property market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
- Driven by targets, motivated by growth, and committed to excellence.
