About the role
We are seeking an experienced Southern Region Leasing HOD (KL Based) to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the leasing efforts for our company's southern region portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental rates for our southern region properties
- Oversee the leasing team, providing guidance, mentoring and support to ensure high performance
- Negotiate and secure leasing contracts with new and existing tenants
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimise our leasing activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the asset management, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results
- Monitor and report on key leasing metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leasing or property management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading a leasing team and delivering exceptional results
- Strong negotiation and contract management skill
