About the role

LT 4X4 SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  2. Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  3. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of products

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
