Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant Intern 

Are you passionate about connecting people with opportunities and eager to learn about the world of recruitment? We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, client engagement, and business development. You'll learn how to identify hiring needs, source top candidates, and support clients in building their dream teams. Throughout the internship, you will receive guidance and training to help you develop your professional skills and explore a potential career path in recruitment or human resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expose and assist to managing the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support consultants in researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Use various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases) to attract and engage candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and maintain an organized candidate database.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview notes, and recruitment reports.
  • Learn to communicate effectively with clients and candidates, providing timely updates and professional support.
  • Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects and contribute creative ideas to improve hiring strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Open to students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, consulting, or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving.
