About the role

Fitrah Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Executive to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our production processes to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality food products.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor production output, manpower allocation, and machine performance to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure all production processes comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to resolve production issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflow, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Train, guide, and supervise production operators to ensure proper work practices.
  • Ensure proper usage of raw materials and reduce wastage.
  • Assist in planning production schedules based on orders, stock levels, and materials availability.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing; experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work overtime or shifts if required.
