Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients within corporate and government sectors.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and client briefings.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation decks tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations and facilitators to execute training and team building programs successfully.
  • Manage marketing initiatives including social media, campaigns, and branding materials.
  • Understand and apply
    HRD Corp (HRDF)
    requirements, grants, and claims processes.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote iMinda programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years' experience
    in sales or business development, preferably in the
    training or L&D industry
    .
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with HRD Corp (HRDF) claimable training programs.
  • Experience organizing or managing
    team building
    or
    corporate training events
    .
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and programs.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
