1. Penyeliaan Tapak (Site Supervision)

  • Menyelia kerja-kerja harian di tapak termasuk pekerja, sub-kontraktor dan pembekal.

  • Pastikan kerja dijalankan mengikut lukisan, spesifikasi teknikal dan arahan jurutera atau pengurus

projek.

  • Pantau progress kerja untuk pastikan projek siap mengikut masa dan bajet.

2. Penyelarasan dan Komunikasi

  • Menjadi penghubung antara pihak pengurusan, kontraktor, dan pekerja tapak.

  • Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak dan menyediakan laporan kemajuan kepada pihak atasan.

  • Sampaikan arahan teknikal dengan jelas kepada pasukan tapak.

3. Kawalan Kualiti (Quality Control)

  • Memeriksa bahan binaan sebelum digunakan untuk memastikan kualiti.

  • Pastikan kerja siap mengikut standard dan tidak ada kecacatan.

  • Membuat laporan non-conformance jika ada kerja tidak menepati spesifikasi.

4. Keselamatan Tapak (Safety & Compliance)

  • Memastikan semua pekerja mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan memakai PPE (Personal

Protective Equipment).

  • Melaporkan sebarang insiden atau kemalangan di tapak.

  • Bekerjasama dengan Safety Officer untuk memastikan tapak berada dalam keadaan selamat.

5. Pengurusan Tapak & Logistik

  • Menyelia penghantaran dan penggunaan bahan binaan di tapak.

  • Mengurus susun atur kerja harian untuk elak pembaziran masa dan bahan.

  • Membantu dalam penyediaan "site diary", "daily report" atau "work progress log".

6. Laporan & Dokumentasi

  • Menyediakan laporan harian atau mingguan berkaitan progress, masalah tapak, dan penggunaan

bahan.

  • Menyimpan rekod foto, attendance pekerja, dan catatan penting untuk rujukan projek.

  • Bantu menyediakan as-built drawing atau dokumentasi projek bila diperlukan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,200.00 per month
