We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin / Accounts Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
  • Assist management with reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
  • Record daily transactions, expenses, and receipts
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Support audits and tax-related documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
