Payroll Executive - (Mandarin)

Full Time (Based in KL)

Basic Salary: RM 5,500

Normal Working Hours & Normal Working Days (5 Days & 2 days off on weekend)

Preferably Female Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for [monthly/bi-weekly] cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee payroll records including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.
  • Verify attendance, working hours, and leave data for payroll computation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions and deductions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments to relevant government bodies.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and collaborate with Finance to ensure proper accounting and reporting.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, and payslips in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support audits, budgeting, and financial reporting related to payroll.
  • Continuously review payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and payroll-related statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of payroll processing experience (regional exposure is an advantage).
  • Processing about 200+ HC
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin fluently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
