Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in all aspects of sales processes, documentation and administrative supports

  2. Serve as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

  3. Issue purchase orders and liaise with both overseas and local suppliers on order status and related requirements.

  4. Liaise with banks and freight forwarders to prepare and process shipment documents.

  5. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing the needed results to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.

  6. Maintains record, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related duties

  7. Support and back up team members from time to time to ensure continuity of operations, especially during leave or peak workload periods.

Requirements:

Ø 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in shipping, or trading environment.

Ø Good understanding of shipping procedures including import / export process

Ø Familiar with forwarders and banks LC process

Ø Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Ø Strong research skills to gather relevant information effectively

Ø Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ø Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with China shipping or supplier partners.
