Development professional to grow with us.

You're not just a BD professional – you're a problem-solver, an idea-generator, and a

doer. You thrive on challenges, love connecting with people, and get a kick out of

helping clients find the perfect recruitment solutions. Specifically, you:

  • Are self-driven and passionate about solving recruitment challenges for clients.
  • Can quickly comprehend clients' pain points and work with our consulting team to provide curated, tailored services.
  • Have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and can collaborate closely with the delivery team to get results.
  • Are in the "Showtime" phase of your career – ready to hit the ground running on day one, share your industry insights, and eventually build your own team.
  • Aren't afraid to try, fail, and explore new possibilities – every misstep is just a learning step forward.
  • Are comfortable working in a small, agile team, willing to get your hands dirty, and excited to help shape and grow the business.
  • Are observant to the changes within the industry landscape and are able to propose new services or products to the team.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new client opportunities in Malaysia.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their recruitment challenges.
  • Collaborate with our consulting and delivery teams to create solutions for clients.
  • Lead pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting, tracking your wins and lessons learned.
  • Share industry insights and help the team improve processes, while slowly building your own mini-BD team.
