Job Scopes & Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and delivery order.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, and packing lists, updating databases, and tracking delivery status.
  • Issues GPB.
  • Manage monthly and yearly report of raw materials, accessories, finish good and sub-con.
  • Maintain and update records related to shipping document/ receiving reports.
  • Coordinating freight transportation with carries for import and export purpose.
  • Cooperate with freight forwarder for custom form, chit and CCP in import and export (K1 & K2) purpose.
  • Checking invoices KNT and make sure matching the invoice, permit and custom form.

Key Skills and Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Candidate able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably 1 year experience specializing in the related field is required for this position.
