Position Overview

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving regional expansion across multiple markets and touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and has a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Amazon — focusing on brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Develop and refine compelling copy for website campaigns, product launches, events, and showroom activations to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, marketplace promotions, website campaigns, and social media content rollout.
  • Analyze daily ad performance data, offering clear action plans to scale successful campaigns, optimize budgets, and improve ROAS through keyword, creative, caption, headlines/descriptions, and audience analysis.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with key takeaways, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, along with recommended strategies and action plans.
  • Closely monitor outcomes from implemented strategies and ensure continuous improvement based on findings.
  • Conduct weekly competitor research to track ad placements, keyword bidding strategies, and creative direction, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Stay proactive in identifying new ad trends, content formats (e.g. Reels, beta formats), and emerging opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness at a lower cost.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in performance marketing or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in digital advertising are also encouraged to apply.
  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon).
  • Copywriting: Strong writing and editing abilities with a portfolio of effective marketing copy.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Adwords, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking ability and capable of managing tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
