Overview:

This internship offers a foundational experience within the Payments, Partnerships & Fintech Ecosystems division, focusing on merchant support operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the critical process of merchant onboarding, handling daily application submissions, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring that all tasks and query responses adhere strictly to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities:

Merchant Onboarding & Administration

  • Handling new application processing from daily submissions.
  • Provide the administrative support necessary to complete the merchant onboarding end-to-end process.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are performed within stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Support & Compliance

  • Attend queries from submission channels and respond within the SLA.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines (implied).

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Eligibility:

  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.

  • Undergraduate or graduate in any field of study from a local or international university.
  • Possess a CGPA or GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent.
  • Able to commit to the entire duration of the program (minimum of 12 weeks).

  • Core Competencies:

  • Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities.

  • Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels, and work cohesively in a project or team environment.
  • Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.

Remuneration

  • A basic monthly allowance will be provided.
