Role overview:

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join a leading MNC in the heavy machinery industry. In this role, you'll help drive business growth, explore new opportunities, and strengthen brand presence in the market.

What You'll Do? In this role, you will:

  • Support product development and branding initiatives that shape product market presence.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through visits and engagement to understand their needs.
  • Take ownership of implementing product and branding strategies that drive business growth.
  • Deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive brand awareness and contribute to company profitability.
  • Explore new markets, pilot innovative ideas, and develop new opportunities for expansion.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights that support business improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize brand performance.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, roadshows, demos, seminars, and safety talks.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decisions.
  • Perform any ad hoc task as assigned by immediate superior.

What are the company looking for:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Experience in sales, training, or promoting technical products is an advantage.
  • Have sales experience in Aviation Industry.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is a plus).
