Job Scope

  • Handle full set of accounts, including monthly closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and internal financial policies
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Liaise with bankers and investors professionally in English, including preparing necessary documents and communication
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and support audit requirements
  • Assist in cash flow, payment processing, and budgeting
  • Assist in AP payment and AR collection
  • Required to report to the assigned superior or any authorized personnel designated by management regarding all job-related matters

Requirements:

  • Preferably female candidate
  • Age below 40
  • Minimum qualification: Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (Prior experience in a related field is preferred)
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Accounting/Finance – General or Cost Accounting
  • Full-time position
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin or local dialects
