Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Collections

· Execute territory plans and promotional activities to drive sales in pharmacies and wholesalers

· Monitor and review sales performance against targets; take corrective actions to meet objectives

· Educate customers on product information, deliver promotional messages, and provide solutions to queries

· Identify and establish new business opportunities

· Ensure timely collection of customer payments

· Secure enlistment of newly launched products into trade channels by planned dates

· Track sales progress and ensure achievement of KPIs

Customer Focus & Service

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Continuously update customer database and segmentation for targeted engagement

· Deliver promotional messages in line with approved materials and plan of action (POA)

· Adhere to DCH Auriga Code of Conduct in all customer interactions

· Leverage customer relationships to gain market intelligence and support formulary listings

Personal Development

· Demonstrate behaviors aligned with DCH Auriga competency framework

· Communicate and role model company culture and values

· Take accountability for individual performance and growth

· Identify self-development needs and discuss with Sales Manager
