You'll play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers, and helping us attract top talent across various industries. What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across multiple platforms
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support the full recruitment cycle — from job advertising to offer stage
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Familiar with online sourcing tools and job platforms
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple roles at once
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
