Application Support Specialist

This entry-to-junior-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience looking to grow within a dynamic technical team. You will contribute to the implementation, support, and enhancement of enterprise software systems, including training, troubleshooting and operational platforms. This role offers diverse exposure across projects involving software customization, system integration, and application support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for KAEFER's business-critical software and troubleshooting applications.
  • Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and documentation, including user acceptance testing (UAT),  and implementation reports.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to software vendor as required
  • Assist with minor coding assistance for our software
  • Friendly nature and comfortable in talking to end users with minimum supervision via video calls on Teams
  • Conduct training and guidance to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Support business efficiency by recommending process or system improvements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in application support and training
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages and system integration will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Extras

  • Knowledge of SQL , ZOHO Creator and Power BI application would be desirable
  • Skills in SQL, MS Office suites like Excel, Power Automate,
  • Proficiency in English; other language skills are a bonus.
