Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Retail Business Development Manager (Mall & Partnerships). The individual in this role will handle business planning, identify and secure new retail partnerships, and drive growth in retail sales. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, managing partnerships with malls, and expanding the brand's presence in strategic locations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and New Business Development
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and relationship management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for market and performance evaluation
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience within the retail sector or lifestyle industry is a plus
