We're searching for our next Event Rockstar with international project management dreams.

Now, we're looking for a sharp, organised, and driven Project Executive (Event Department), someone who wants to build a career in events and project management.

This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career talents with strong organisational skills, student leadership experience, or who have led projects in clubs, societies, or events at university. If deadlines, checklists, and coordinating people secretly excite you, keep reading.

You won't just "help with events." You'll be involved in managing them like real projects from planning to execution for powerhouse programs with names like T. Harv Eker, Robert Kiyosaki, and Gary Vee.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating live and online events from concept to completion.
  • Help manage event timelines, task lists, and basic budgets to keep everything on track.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and production teams to support logistics and setup.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Be part of the on-site core team, helping to solve problems quickly and support decision-making during events.
  • Assist in preparing post-event summaries and reports to capture learnings and improvements.
