Working hour: Mon-Fri;830am-530pm

Customer Service (Contact Centre) – Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls by responding to customer enquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving issues professionally.
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct service reminders, feedback collection, or provide updates when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure follow-up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the system/CRM.
  • Meet service level targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and response time.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, complaints, billing questions, or service requests.
  • Provide clear, friendly communication and maintain a positive tone throughout calls.
  • Support team initiatives and participate in training to ensure knowledge is up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of experience in call center
  • Experienced in handling inbound and outbound call.
  • Able to speak in fluent English. Additional mandarin allowances will give for those mandarin speaker (will assess the proficiency level)
