What You'll Do
- Manage inbound calls and outbound calls by providing optimum service to customers.
- Resolve customer service enquiries and issues promptly, ensure effective and timely follow up.
- Maintain and ensure customers' records are updated into customer database accurately.
- Fulfil all call work assigned by Supervisor on a daily basis.
- Attend and manage all inbound calls/emails and any other channels from donors and/or Charities.
- Ensure details are entered in the system are correct and accurate at all times.
- Ensure each call, inbound and outbound is handled professionally and courteously.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills over the phone with good command of English.
- Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel.
