Internship Role – Customer Experience & Operations Intern

As part of Bybit's
Customer Experience & Operations team
, you'll gain first-hand exposure to live operations across multiple departments such as
P2P, ChatOps and Product Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries via
    live chat and email
  • Deliver an efficient and professional customer service experience
  • Gain strong knowledge of Bybit's platform, products, and general market conditions
  • Manage and follow up on user inquiries or complaints with diligence and accuracy
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve workflows and customer solutions
  • Flag discrepancies or risks to management in a timely manner
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency
  • Depending on which internship, tasks may vary


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a
    Bachelor's degree
    in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Marketing,
  • Strong interest in
    fintech, crypto, and digital assets
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in
    English
    + Chinese
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for numbers and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion to learn and grow in the fintech space
  • A
    team player
    , proactive, and self-driven
  • Commitment:
    Internship is
    5 days a week (Monday–Friday)
  • Working Hours:
    Fixed
    day shifts only
    (8:30am–5:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm)
  • Location:
    Onsite in
    Kuala Lumpur office
    (no remote option)
