About the role
As an Intern, Customer Service, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Relations, you will assist in unit handovers, including Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), personalize project orientation tour, and Handing Over Vacant Possession (HOVP). You will also guide homeowners on using the SkyWorld Connects app and handle their inquiries. Your tasks include preparing handover kits, organizing workspaces, and ensuring smooth communication with homeowners.
Job Responsibilities:
• To assist on project Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
• Handover units with checklists and project orientation to Purchasers.
• Communicate and give clear guidance to purchasers during Handing Over Vacant Possession (HOVP) included conduct project orientation tour.
• Handle Homeowners enquiry for HOVP / Solution+.
• Conduct SkyWorld Connects app usage briefing.
• Well organize work space.
• Handover kit preparation for handover Vacant Possession.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English & Malay)
• Excellent teamwork skill, energetic, positive & self-motivate
